All mystery boxes are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Please review your order carefully before purchasing, as we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for these items.
2. Non-Mystery Box Items
Non-mystery box items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for any reason. Please adhere to the following conditions:
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. They should be unworn, undamaged, and free from any alterations or resizing.

Refund Process
